1) Exchanges, Returns and Cancellations
Your happiness and satisfaction is key. Send us an email and we will be more than happy to exchange or take back the unworn item. We must receive the unworn items within 30 days, commencing from the date of purchase. We do not cover shipping fees and tracking information must be provided. Order cancellations must be made within one hour of your purchase by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellation emails must include your name, address, and order number.

4) How long does it take to ship orders?
Most orders ship within 2-9 business days. If your order has not shipped in 3 weeks, send us an email at email@example.com and our customer service team will contact you within 24 hours.
Please be advised of longer shipping times during the holiday seasons. Free shipping codes are automatically opted in for free standard shipping and will not be shipped via express or priority.

Yes, you can track your order.

An email confirmation with your tracking number should automatically be sent to your email when a package is shipped.
In the case that you do not receive an email, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting the tracking info. We will gladly retrieve the tracking information for you. Emails will be responded to within 24 hours.

The unisex apparel fits larger. This is because they follow men's sizing.
Ladies, generally it's a good idea to size down from what you would normally buy, unless you like it baggy. The woman's apparel fit true to size.
